other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the Grantee and
the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property, situate,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Flosida, to-wits
A condominium parcel designated as Unit No. 405 of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS
CONDO!lINIUM D, according to the Declaration thereof, recorded June 4, 1980,
in Official Record Book 332, page 1936, and Amendment thereto, recorded
June ~4, 1980, in Official Record Book 332, page 1501, all in St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records.
TOGETHER WITH all fixtures and appliances located therein, .and
TOGETHER WITH all of its appurtenances according to said Declaration of
~ Condaminium, including but not limited to an undivided 1/47 share in the
`"O common elements thereof and together with all the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

AND the Grantor hereby oovenanta with said Grantee that it is lawfully seized of

encumbrances.
