TM Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges

described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound b~ all of said provisionst the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablei the Grantee hereby impresses
alien upon the land and zeal property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of OaWominium and its exhibitst and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
.the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
