The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this iiarragty Deed acknavledgee that
thin comreyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condos~inium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee ackaowledgea and agrees that all of said provisions -
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a 11en upon.the land
and real property described above. as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condoainium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees -
that said Declaration of Condoiainiu~ and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreesent executed
by the 'Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and iaduceaenta
concerning the purchase-by the Grantee of the lead Snd real property described above.
