YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by
the above named-plaintiff against the above named defendants on

The relief sought as. to such property is to foreclose
that certain indenture of mortgage dated July 28, 1975, from
~ Kenneth R. Drew and Evelyn L. Drew, his wife, to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, which said indenture
of mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book 242 at page 1354
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
