GRANT OF RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL
Made this day of July, 1980, by GARY STEPHEN ASHTON,
- a single adult, hereinafter referred to as party of the first part,
to CARL. R. ASHTON and MARY JO ASHTON, his wife, hereinafter referred
to as party of the second part:
1. In consideration for the transfer of the following
real property from the party of the second part to the party of the.
first part, the party of the first part grants to the party of the
second part a right of first refusal with respect to the following
property: - I

The South 150 feet of the North 360 feet of the
West ~ of the Northeast ~ of the Southwest ~ of
the Northeast- of Section 8, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. ~If the party of the first part desires to sell the
above-described property, or any material part thereof, and receive
from some third party a bona fide offer for the purchase thereof,.
the party of the first part shall disclose the terms of such offer
to the party of the second part, in .writing, within ten (10) days
following receipt of the offer by the party of the first part.
3. The party of the second part shall have fifteen (15)
days after receiving notice of the terms__of the offer within which
to elect to purchase the property (or part thereof) on terms identical
to those offered by the third party, Such election shall be made by
~ written notice to the party of the first part. .Within ten (10) days
thereafter, the parties shall enter into a formal contract of sale i

containing the provisions normally used in such contracts in St.
Lucie County, Florida, and expressly including all terms of the
original bona fide offer made to the party of the first part, except
as the parties may mutually agree.
~ 4. If the party of the second part fails to give notice

be relieved of all liability to the party of the second part here- ~
