Borrower and Lender hereby expresdy adopt and incorporate by reference into thL Mortgage uid
hereby ague to be bound by the covenant: and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Unifornn Covenants numbered 18. 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the page as follows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 sad
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the. Property, 8o~rower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgaSp and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the- Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-iJNIFORM COVENANTS. Bon~ower -and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twentq years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, slwll be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes statir~. that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mott- {
gage, not including soma advanced in aococdance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed '
the orginal amount of the Note plus US ~ _
