THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of August, A.D.., 1979,
BETWEEN THOMAS H. FOY, of Box 73, Bartonsville, Pennsylvania, 18321,
and EDNA L. FOY, his wife, of 2855 Stephens Street, Oceanside, Long
Island, New York, 11572, partie's of the first part and

WITNESSETH:
That the said parties. of the first part, for and in consideration
