post; thence continue West 528.67 feet, to a post (located 8 feet,
more or less East of the East bank of the North Fork of the St. Lucie
River); thence continue West to the center of said river; thence

Lucie River to a point which is 606.09 feet South of the North line
of said SE 1/4 of said Section 16, Township 36 South, Range 40 East;
