ORDER
This cause having come before this Court on the
25th day of July, 1980 upon the Petition of the Plaintiff herein
for the issuance of a Temporary Injunction, and the Court having
heard the argument of counsel, the sworn testimony of the ,
witnesses and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Defendants, their agents and
representatives, and all persons acting in concert or

participating with them, are enjoined from any further action to
• remove the Plaintiff, LCWIS WOLVERTON from his position as
i~ manager and/or controlling agent of "The Embers" restaurant, or
! otherwise harassing, annoying or otherwise interfering with him
in the performance of his duties in such capacities, pending the
outcome of the lawsuit which is the subject matter of the above
styled cause, or until further order of this~Court.
2. This Order shall be effective when Plaintiff
files a bond of $1,000.00, to be approved by the Clerk,
conditioned to pay Defendants all costs and damages that they
might recover because of the issuance of this Injunction.
