vs. ORDER
ROGER ANDERSON,
Defendant.
This cause coming on before the Court on the Stipulation of
the parties hereto, and the Court being fully advised of the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, ROGER ANDERSON,
is given the exclusive and permanent custody of the minor child
of the parties hereto, to-wit: RODNEY ALLAN ANDERSON, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Plaintiff, SALLY
ANDERSON. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, ROGER ANDERSON,
is no longer obligated to pay to the Plaintiff, SALLY ANDERSON,
as child support for the minor child, RODNEY ALLAN ANDERSON,
the sum designated per week and that said child support is
hereby terminated.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of July, 1980 in Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
