ORDER
THIS CAUSE having been presented to the Court upon the
Stipulation of the parties dated July 28th ,1980 to modify
the previous order upon the Stipulation entered in this cause
on January 7, 1980 and the Order Modifying Final Judgment
Dissolution of Marriage entered in this cause on November 9,
1978 and the Court finding that the Stipulation is properly
executed and the Court being fully advised in the premises
it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Stipulation is ratified
and confirmed and the Clerk is directed to perform the acts
set forth in said Stipulation.
