CORRECTIVE AFFIDAVIT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority did personally
appear., BRAD CULVERHOUSE, who after being duly cautioned and
sworn did dipose and says as follows:
1. That the Warranty Deed from MICHAEL KARDASH and
ELEANOR KARDASH, his wife, dated May 15, 1980, recorded in
OR Book 332, Page 464 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, should be corrected in that the name of the Grantees is
CARL RIECK and JEAN A. RIECK and that RIECK is spelled RIECK
and not REECK.
2. That affiant further states that the error on this
Deed was a typographical error and that the Grantees last name is
RIECK.
