page 47, of the public records of St. Lucie County,

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared JOYCE M. McGRAW who, upon first being by me duly sworn,
did depose and say:
1. That she is Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and as such maintains the official records
of St. Lucie County,-Florida. -
. 2. That she has examined the plat books of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and finds that there is but one "HUNT'S SUBDIVISION",
which subdivision is duly recorded in Plat Book 5, page 47, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That there also appears among the plat books of St.
Lucie County, Florida, a subdivision known as "M. D. HUNT'S

` SUBDIVISION", which subdivision is duly recorded in Plat Book 9,

page 47 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ 4. That there are no other subdivisions in the County of
