Receiver of TURTLE REEF to consolidate this action with a pending
action in the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, entitled

ROBERT A. EPPERSON vs. TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC., et al., being
Case No. 79-601, and it appearing that the Circuit Court Judge of

St. Lucie County has requested that all causes arising from the
~ operation of TURTLE REEF be consolidated into one action, and this 3
~ request seeming reasonable to the Court; it is
ORDERED that this cause be and the same is hereby transfer-
