FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTIOI~OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 31st day of
July,. 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given
full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and
physical condition of the witnesses and the parties having stipulated
to the terms hereof, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties, and the marriage
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between LINDA R. HOWARD, Wife,
and RICHARD-W. HOWARD, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the

bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the two minor children born of this

~ marriage, to-wit: STEPHANIE ELIZABETH HOWARD, d.o.b. December 27, 1970,
and RICHARD W. HOWARD, II, d.o.b. June 30, 1976, is hereby awarded to
the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
Reasonable visitation rights in this matter shall be liberally construed
as on or about alternating weekends.

3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. .Commencing on August 1, 1980,
the Husband will pay to the.Wife the sum of $80.00 each and every week
for the support of the before-named children; said sum to continue until
s
such time as the children reach majority, marry or become self supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
