/ MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

LESLIE E. CANNON and WILMA J. CANNON, his wife, of Rte.~,Box
924, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter called the mortgagors,
being obligated to D.A.D.,Inc., a Florida corporation hereinaftert~
called the mortgagee, under an existing note and mortgage in the
principal amount of Ten Thousand and no/l00 Dollars ($10,000.00),
which mortgage is dated the 23rd day of March, 1979, and is recor-
ded in O.R. Book 306, page 1704, of the public records of St.Lucie
County, Florida, said mortgage being on the following described
land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, to wit:
i The South 1/2 of the West 155.42 feet of

~ Southeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 35S,
of Range 39E, as per the records of St.Lt}cie
County, Florida.
4 on which note and mortgage the principal sum of Nine Thousand Two
Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($9,200.00) is still unpaid, agree with
D.A.D.,Inc. that in consideration of the lending of the further
sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($5,500.00)
to the above named mortgagors by D.A.D.,Inc., receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, that all of the obligations of the above-

hereby extended to cover said additional'sum of Five Thousand Five
Hundred and no/100 dollars ($5,500.00). Mortgagors further agree
that the entire principal sum of Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred
and no/100 Dollars ($14,700.00) now due and owing to the mortgagee
as evidenced by a certain promissory note dated July 29, 1980, shall
be paid in 108 equal monthly installments of Two Hundred Twenty
~ Three and 22/100 Dollars ($223.22) each with interest at twelve

(12%) per cent per annum.
