PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made this ~ day of August, 1980,
by PHILIP K. GRAHAM, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
CUNARD G. BOOZER, deceased, hereinafter referred to as the Grantor,
to: PHILIP K, GRAHAM, a married man, w:~ose post office address
is: 1710 Clairmont Drive, Hendersonville, North Carolina, 28739,
hereinafter referred to as the Grantee:

WITNESSETH: ~ ~ ~
WHEREAS the said PHILIP K. GRAHAM is the duly appointed, ~
qualified and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of
CUNARD G. BOOZER, who died testate on February 29, 1980, in St.
Lucie County, Florida, and who, at the time of her death, was
seized and possessed of certain real property situated in St.
Lucie County, Florida, and;
t,THEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of CUNARD G. B0O?.ER
gave to PHILIP K. GRAHAM that certain real property described below,
together with improvements located thereon, in paragraph "FOURTH;"
thereof,
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantor hereby grants, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee all that certain
land situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, and described as

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
- tenances thereto belonging or in any way appertaining, and 4y~2~
together with all contents located therein.
TO HAVE and to hold, the same-in fee simple forever.
' AND the Grantor, in his representative capacity, hereby
covenants with the said Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor has good
right and lawful authority to convey said land; that the Grantor
hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that
f said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing.sub-
sequent to December 31, 1979. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has signed and sealed
