PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, pace 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on
this f~day of 1980, releases from the lien of that
mortgage, the rea operty n t at County described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. r,/O ,
and an undivided 1/47 share in those common elements appur-
tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that
Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM D,
as recorded in Official Records Book 332, page 1436, and as
amended in Official Records Book 332, page 1501, all in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
