ORDER
This cause came,to be heard upon the Motion to Withdraw
of the law firm of Brad Culverhouse, Attorney at Law, Chartered,
and the Court having examined the verified motion, and finding
that Notice of Hearing ,on said motion was given to all interested
parties, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
That the Motion to Withdraw of the law firm of Brad
Culverhouse, Attorney at Law, Chartered, as attorney for Ritta R.
Smalis, Wife, be and is hereby ordered granted, and it be and
.is hereby further ordered that the law firm of Brad Culverhouse,
Attorney at Law, Chartered, be permitted to withdraw as the
attorney for Ritta R. Smalis, ,Wife, forthwith and the Wife,
~ Ritta R. Smalis, be, and is hereby granted-~~~~days within
which to obtain the services of another attorney and-have said
attorney file a Notice of Appearance in this cause
