Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease, as
recorded in Official Records Book 223 ,Page 914 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the foregoing Warranty Deed; under-
stands that each•aad avery provision of the #oregoing documents is made fox
the benefit of all owners of the Condominium and is essential to the success- '
ful operation and management of Said Condominium property; covenants for
himself, heirs, successors and assigns forever to abide by each and every pro-
vision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-LaWS and the Ninety- `
Nine Ycar Lease Agreement; and further agrees to pay the Mortgage, if any
described in the foregoing Deed; ~cantee(s) further consent(s) that the un~ -
divided share and certain interest in the Condominium p:~rerty and in the
common elements appurtenant to the Condominium unit herein conveyed, and ttae
proportional share of the common expenses for..which the Grantee(s) shall be
