MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT made,
entered into, executed and delivered this ~Z day of June, 1980,
at Dania, Browa~d County, Florida, by, between and among FLORISTS
CLEARING NETWOI~lC, INC . , a Florida corporation (hereinafter some-
times referred to as "Florists"), A[1NING INTERNATIONAL INC., a
Florida corporation, formerly known as Burring the Florist Inc.
(hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Burring"), ARTHUR 0. STONE
and SHIRLEY STONE, husband and wife (hereinafter sometimes referred
to as "Guarantors"), and THE DANIA BANK, a Florida banking corpora-
tion (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Mortgagee"),
W I T N E S SETH
WHEREAS, the parties hereto-did on April 10, 1978, make and
enter into a "MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT AND MORTGAGE",
which greement was recorded as follows:
