contained in said agreement on pages 1, 2 and the top of 3; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto did on November 1, 1978. make and
enter into a "MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT", which
agreement was recorded as follows:
(a) Recorded on November 21, 1978,. Official Re-
cords Book 298 page 880, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida;
(b) Recorded on November 13, 1978, Official Re-
cord a' Book 10211 page 564, Publie Records of
Dade County, Florida;
(c) Recorded on November 29, 1978, Official Re-
cords Book 3446 page 986, Public Records of
Hillsborough County, Florida; and,
(d) Recorded on December 8, 1978, Official Records
Book 7916 page 202, Public Records of Broward
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, for the purposes and intents of this MORTGAGE MOD-
IFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT, the parties hereto incorporate,
herein by reference the said "MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION
AGREEMENT" dated November 1, 1978, and further, for the purpose of
reciting the history of the transaction, the parties hereto adopt
and incorporate aoo of the recitals, information and definitions as
contained in said agreement on pages 1, 2 and 3; and
WHEREAS, Florists is unable to pay the monthly principal

payments due in accordance with the terms of the said "MORTGAGE MOD-

IFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT" dated November 1, 1978, and is
desirous of securing an extension of time for payment; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have agreed to modify and extend
the time for payment of the unpaid principal balance due; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto wish to reduce all of their prior
and contemporaneous understandings to writing;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100
Dollars ($10.00) paid by each of the parties hereto to the remaining
parties, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and in further con- C

sideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter contained, the patties
