IV. BINDING EFFECT
The within MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors,
legal .representatives, and assigns.

corporation, formerly known as Burring the Florist Inc., has caused
this mortgage modification and extension agreement to be executed
in its corporate name by its undersigned chairman and its corporate
