The Grantor herein covenants and avers that the lands conveyed hereby,
is not nox, nor has it ever been Grantor's homestead, and that it is not
sub3eet to Florida Homestead laxs.
and the Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,
except taxes for year 1980 and wbsequent, and restrictions, reservations, limitations, covenants, and easements of record, if any.
