for the collection of taxes, penalties and interest levied pursuant to Chapter 212
Florida Statutes, which lien and warrant was duly recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Cucuit

WHEREAS said delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and costs of collection have been paid in
full, 1 hereby, pursuant to said Chapter, request that the Clerk of the Circuit Court record this Satis-
faction and Release of Tax Lien.
