GUARDIAN AS TO DEAN EDWIN EARL DYESS, ~R. e~ ~ ;
The undersigned Guardian, NORMA B. DYESS, of DEAN EDWIN EARL
DYESS, JR., alleges:
1. That the need for the continuance as to the guardianship
of said minor no longer exists by reason of the fact that said DEA1`I
EDWIN EARL DYESS, JR., is of legal age and should be dismissed from
this Guardianship.
2. That Petitioner filed herewith a final return as to said
DEAN EDWIN EARL DYESS, JR., containing a full and correct amount of all
receipts and disbursements of all the minor's property of which Peti-
tioner has control since the last return filed herein.
3. That Petitioner represents that a copy of this Petition for
Discharge has been furnished to DEAN EDWIN EARL DYESS, JR. and to NORMA

B. DYESS, Guardian.
FlHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be entered approv-

ing said accounting, and discharge Petitioner. as Guardian of DEAN EDWIN
EARL DYESS, JR., and releasing the surety on Petitioner's bond, if any,
from further liability as to DEAN EDWIN EARL DYESS, JR.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I declare that I have read the fore-
going and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge acid
belief.
~ I DO CERTIFY that a true copy of the foregoing has been furnished
to Dean Edwin Earl Dyess, Jr., 322 Manor Drive, Stuart, Florida 33494; and
to Norma B. Dyess, 322 Manor Drive, Stuart, Florida 33494, by mail, this
