AS TO DEAN EDWIN EARL DYESS, JR.
This proceedings was heard on the petition for discharge of
the Guardian of DEAN EDWIN EARL DYESS, JR., notice of hearing on said _
petition having been waived by all persons entitled to same, and the
Court being satisfied that the Guardian has faithfully discharged the
duties as such Guardian, has rendered a complete and accurate final re-
turn, and has delivered the assets of the said DEAN EDWIN EARL DYESS,
JR., it is
ADJUDGED that said Guardian is discharged and the surety on
the Guardian's bond, if any, is released from further liability as to
the said DEAN ED~IIN EARL DYESS, JR.
