The petition of Ann A. Davis alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the person selected by the sole beneficiary under the
decedent's last will to serve as ancillary personal repre-
sentative.
2. Decedent, Arnold Ferrel, whose last known address
was in Waynesville, North Carolina, died on January 28, 1980
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in Waynesville,
Haywood County, North Carolina.
3. So far as is known, the name of the sole beneficiary
of this estate, who is over 18 years of age, her address and
relationship to the decedent, is:
