codicil of the decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The decedent died leaving a last will and testament
dated August 24, 1977 which was duly proved and admitted to
probate and record in the General Court of Justice, Superior
Court Division, Before the Clerk, in and for Haywood County,
North Carolina, a court of probate jurisdiction, on March 19,
1980.
9. Petitioner is a resident of the State of Florida
and is qualified to act as ancillary personal representative
of the estate of Arnold Ferrel, deceased.
10. Petitioner is over 18 years of age and her name,
address and relationship to the decedent are;

11. The decedent's will complies with the laws of the
State of Florida as to form and manner of execution.
12. Duly authenticated copies of the last will and
testament, renunciation of right to administration, commission
to take proof of will, affidavits for probate by two witnesses,

application for probate., order of probate, oath of executrix
and order authorizing issuance of letters are filed with this

petition.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that the will, by means of
the authenticated copy of it attached to this petition, be
admitted to probate and record in St. Lucie County, Florida;
~ that bond be set and that ancillary letters of administration
issue to Ann A. Davis.
UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, I declare I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
