ORDER ADMITTING AUTHENTICATED COPY
OF WILL TO RECORD AND APPOINTING
ANCILLARY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
The instrument presented to this Court as an authenti-
cated copy of the last will and testament of Arnold Ferrel,
deceased, having been duly admitted to probate and record in
the General Court of Justice, Superior Court Division, Before
the Clerk, in and for Haywood County, North Carolina, a court
of probate jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the will
of the decedent complies with the laws of Florida as to form
and execution and that it devises real property located in
this county, owned by the decedent at the time of his death;
said property being described as:.
The East 158 feet-of the South 125 feet of the East
3/5 of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 35 South, Range•
40 East; less rights of way for roads and canal
rights of way;
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the
~ will, petition for probate and order admitting it to probate

in the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed
herein by the petitioner, it is ,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of
the last will and testament of Arnold Ferrel, deceased, is
admitted to probate according to law, as and for the last
will of the decedent.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Ann A. Davis
is appointed ancillary personal representative of the estate
