The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, GEORGE F. KRUG, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on February 29, 1980, and
Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on March 12,

1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all interested
persons, waiving the filing of the final accounting.

3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the pay-
. ment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to
the personal representatives, attorneys, accounta n ts, appraisers

~ or other agents .employed by the personal representative is set forth

in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of
the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court Z ~
~ evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribu-

4 tion attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
7. The only persons, other than Petitioner having an interest
E in this proceeding and her address is: ALICE P. KRUG, 215 North 29th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
