RODEN is the duly qualified and acting personal representative of the above Estate. . 2. The Last Will and Testament of Hugh F. Roden con- tains a residuary clause giving all of the rest residue and remainder of the Estate in equal shares to his children, HUGH C. RODEN, KENNETH F. RODEN,JAMES LAWRENCE RODEN and ROBERT M. RODEN. 3. The funeral bill for the above decedent has been paid and there have been no claims of creditors filed in this Es~tat~e and the time for filing claims has expired as per the Proof of Publication of Notice of Administration previously filed in the Estate. At this time the estate has in its possession the following property: ITEM APPROX. Presently the Estate owes the following in costs and fees Accountants Fees-William F.Donovan 600.00 Attorney's fee-John Edgar Sherrard,Esq. 1,750.00 Court Costs,telephone,xeroxing and mailing costs expended by John Edgar Sherrard, Esquire to date 122.00 Total costs and fees $ 2,472.00 s 5.
