6. The Petitioner requests that he be authorized by
the Court to pay the above costs and fees and that he be
authorized to make the following partial distribution which
would leave approximately $3,500.00 in the estate account
for any future costs, fees or taxes which may arise prior to
the discharge of the personal representative:
