time will not be required for the payment of devises, family
allowance, estate or inheritance taxes, claims, elective
share of the spouse, charges, expenses of administration or
equalization in the cause of advancements or any interest on
them. The Estate contains more than ample assets to pay all
of those items that may be or become due.
WHEREFORE Petitioner asks that an order be entered
authorizing Robert M. Roden as personal representative to
distribute the above cash and stocks to the beneficiaries
• as a partial distribution upon obtaining from each of them
a proper receipt conditioned upon the beneficiaries stating
that they will make a 1/4 contribution each as lawfully re-
quired should any tax be assessed against the Estate in the
future by the Internal Revenue Service or the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida including any interest which
may be assessed thereon.
