ORDER OF PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
AND PAYMENT 4F COSTS AND FEES
THIS CAUSE was heard on the Petition of Robert M. Roden
as personal representative for the partial distribution and
payment of costs and fees of the residuary estate devised to
Hugh C. Roden, Kenneth F. Roden, James Lawrence Roden and
Robert M. Roden and the Court finding that the estate has
sufficient funds to pay all expenses of administration as well
as the Internal Revenue Service and all of the interested
parties to this estate having filed Waivers and Consents, it
is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Robert M, Roden as personal

representative of the Estate of Hugh F. Roden is authorized
to pay the fees and costs of the Estate as follows:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Robert M. Roden as personal
