,PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY GUARDIANSHIP
The petition of ROBERT PEDACE for the appointment of a
guardian of his property coming on this day to be heard; and it
appearing to the Court,•that said person is incapable of the care,
custody and management of his estate by reason or~age or physical
infirmity and that it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed;
and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that STUART GODFREY is hereby appointed as guar-
dian of the property of ROBERT PEDACE, a physically incapacitated
person.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that no bond be required of the said
STUART GODFREY for the faithful performance of all du~ics as the
guardian of the property of ROBERT PEDACE.
