Said mortgage assigned to GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION by assignment filed
May 30, 1979, in 0. R. Book 309, page 2083, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida,
AND WHEREAS, the said W. MIKE KEEFE and KAREN S. KEEFE, his wife, have
requested the said GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION OF NEW YORK to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said trtortgayed premises, From the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THERffORE; KNOW YE, That the said GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION OF NEW YORK
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
