the laws of the United States of America, the owner-of a certain mortgage given by Ray V. Haning and Marie
B. Haning, his Wife dated May 5th 19 71
and recorded

covering property in the County of St . Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
