THIS MORTGAGE is made this 30th day of July
19 80 ,between the Mortgagor, Edward R. Landes. A Married Adult and Michael J. Adams.
A Married Ad u I t (herein "Borrower"), and the Mortgagee,
CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose address is 1600 South Fed-
eral Highway, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, (herein "Lender").
WHEREAS, Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal sum of Seventy-One Thousand,
Six Hundred and no/100-----------------------------Dollars, which indebtedness is evidenced
by Borrower's note dated (herein "Note"), providing for monthly
installments of principal and interest, with the balance of the indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and pay
able on September 1, 2010
TO SECURE to Lender (a) the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note with interest
thereon; (b) the payment of all other sums, with interest thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to
protect the security of this Mortgage; (c) the performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower
herein contained; (d) the performance of the covenants and agreements incorporated by reference hereinto;
and (e) the repayment of any futwe advances, with interest thereon,-made to Borrower by Lender pw-
suant to pazagraph 21 hereof or incorporated by reference hereinto (herein "Futwe Advances"), Borrower
does hereby mortgage, grant and convey to Lender the following described property located in the County
of S t. Lucie State of Florida:
Condominium Parcel No. 7156 of CATAMARAN II, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof, dated July 11, 1980 and filed for recording July 15, 1980
in Official Records Book 334, Pages 2451 thru 2549 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all of the Appurtenances to such apartment, ail appliances located
therein, the air conditioning unit serving said apartment and all fixtures.
The mortgagor covenants that it individually and as a member of the association
responsible for the operation of this Condominium shall observe all the pro-
; visions of the Declaration of Condominium which is above described and of the
Condominium Act, and will perform its obligation under such Declaration and
~ Act. A failure to do so which is not cured within thirty days after notice
given by the mortgagee to the mortgagor as an individual and as a member of
the association shall constitute a default under this mortgage.

TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all ease•
- ments, rights, appwten~nces, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and
water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, including replacements
