That the trial of this matter presently set for August 25, 1980 might be avoided if the coverage question encompassed in Defendant, PROGRESSIVE CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY's Cross-Claim for Declaratory Relief can be decided before the actual trial on liability and damages. 2. That in the interest of judicial economy, the parties j desire that the Court schedule only the Cross-Claim for Declara- tory Relief during the August 25, 1980 period; reserving the A j remaining portion of the trial for a later time; or, in the I ~ alternative, that the Court continue the trial of this matter, but schedule a hearing for the Declaratory Relief some time after the August 25, 1930 date.
