THIS COURT having received plaintiff's motion and having
considered the premises and being otherwise fully advised in the
earlier proceedings, does hereby determine as follows:
1. Plaintiff's motion be and the same is. hereby granted.
2. Mr. Rodney Massie and all witnesses other than rebuttal
witnesses be and the same are hereby ordered to present themselves
or be on call for reciprocal discovery in St. Lucie County commencing
at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, August 11, 1980, and continuing thereafter
until completed. Mr. Massie's deposition shall be taken first.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
