4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT AND RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: 1

Permanent and primary custody of the minor child ren of the parties ~
I
together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
i
and fs hereby ordered awarded to the Wife , EVELYN M. FELTON
The names of said minor child ren being as follows:
LAQUANNA D. FELTON and ARRON L. FELTON
Upon testimony by the Wife that the Husband makes
per week , HERMAN H. FELTON , be, and is i
hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with .said child
and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount of $20.00
per child weekly beginning on August 8, 1980 and on the same day
of each respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further '
ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed '
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the
Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re-
tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process
as this Court deems proper.
5.~ CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT FOR UNBORN CHILD: In the
event that the child with whom the Wife is presently pregnant shall be '
born alive, the Husband, HERMAN H. FELTON, be, and is hereby ordered to
pay child support in the amount of $20.00 per week each and every week
beginning on the Friday of t'he first week following the birth of the
child in the amount of_$20.00 per week to the Wife through the Clerk of
the Court subject to the provisions as set forth in the provisions regarding
the child support for the other twe minor children of the parties. The
Husband shall also be responsible for and is ordered to assist the Wife
in the payment of all reasonable medical, dental, orthodontical,
hospitalization and educational expenses of said minor child. In the

event that said unborn. minor child is born alive, the Wife, EVELYN M.
FELTON, be, and is hereby ordered permanent custody and care and control
