FINAL JUDGMENT
.DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 4th day of August, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between LYNDALL
CAMPBELL ELDER and H. FLOYD ELDER be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. ALIMONY: The Husband shall pay to the Wife as re-
~ habilitative alimony the sum of $75.00 per month until the closing
~ of the sale of the marital property. Said rehabilitative alimony
payments shall commence on July 1, 1980 and shall be payable each
month thereafter until the actual closing date of the sale of the
e
marital home.
~ 3. PROPERTY: The separation and property settlement agree-
ment admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by
reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
thereof.
