This cause came on for trial the day of~ ,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the vidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD L.
DECK, JR. and TRACY A. DECK be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
• the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
_ 2. PROPERTY. The Separation Agreement admitted into evidence
and dated July 1980, is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof..
3. RESTORATION OF NAME. TRACY A. DECK be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of TRACY ARLENE CARTER and to use
the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
z hereto is retained {or the entry of such further orders as•may be proper.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambe Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County,
