FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of August, 1980, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES
NELSON STOPPLE and JOHNNIE RUTH STOPPLE, be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arisifig therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Cutsody of SABRINA DeANN STOPPLE, minor child

' of the parties is hereby awarded to JOHNNIE RUTH STOPPLE, with
f reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES NELSON STOPPLE, as -
i
l provided in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement which
has been approved by the Court and incorporated by reference into
~ this Final Judgment.
! 3. CHILQ SUPPORT. The Husband, JAMES NELSON STOPPLE, shall
be obligated to pay child support to the Wife, JOHNNIE RUTH
k
STOPPLE, in the amount of $50.00 per week and increased by $5.00
per week for each successive year, as provided in the Separation
fi
and Property Settlement Agreement which has been approved by the
Court and incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment.
