FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of August, 1980 and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of suit suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this
Court against the Husband, ROGER WRENCH, JR., be and the same is
hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.

2. The marriage between ROGER WRENCH, JR. and DOREEN
WRENCH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
i
of them are hereby forever freed from the. bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

3. The Court determines the sum of $ .3.~1~ . J'' to be
reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and the
6 Husband, ROGER WRENCH, JR., is ordered to pay said attorney said sum
together with costs herein assessed at $42.
4. No real or personal property is involved in this action.

s 5. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for entry of such further orders as ma be proper.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this day of August, 1980.
