This cause came on for trial the 4th day of August . 19 80,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and ~
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the a::ove

named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ROBERT S. RAWLS, JR., age 2, born
September 20, 1976, and BRADLEY JUSTIN RAWLS, born August 27, 1979,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner
with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to Respondent.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as ma}• be ~
proper .
4. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
