THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing, and the Court having given
full consideration to the pleadings and to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists be-
tween the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
RICHARD H. EMERSON, JANETT C. EMERSON,
be,.and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties, be, and are hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, abusing, assaulting, harrassing,
threatening or otherwise bothering one another, and the several Sheriffs of

~ the State of Florida and their authorized deputies, be, and are hereby
ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without further Order of this Court. ~

3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children of this
marriage, and the parties do not own real property or personal property in ~
~ joint ownership.
~ 4. That it, be, and is hereby further ordered that the Petitioner's
former name of JANETT C. JACKSON, is restored to her, and she shall henceforth
~ be known as such.
5. That the Respondent, RICHARD H. EMERSON, is hereby ordered to be
responsible for and pay the-joint debts of the parties, and that the Respondent
indemnify and hold the Petitioner harmless as to said joint debts and the debts
of the Respondent.
