5. That the parties do own real property in joint ownership, and that
the parties have agreed to the disposition of said property in the Separation
And Property Settlement Agreement, and REGIS B. SAVER and ANNA L. SAUBR, be,
and are hereby ordered to comply with the provisions of said Agreement relating
to the disposition of real property, said real property being described as:
A certain condominium parcel No. 8 of de la Bahia "D", a
condominium, in accordance with and subject to the cove-
nants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other
provisions of the Declaration of Condominium establishing
de la Bahia "D", a condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book
347, Pages 700 through 736, and O.R. Book 343, pages 348,
350 and 1386, Public Records of Martin County, Florida.
DONS AND ORDERED this 4th day of August, 1980, at Fort Pierce, Saint
Lucie, County, Florida.
