FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the Petition and the executed SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT
agreement by and between the parties hereto, and said Agreement having been
introduced into evidence, the Court having heard testimony and received
evidence and finding that it has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of
the parties and finding that the marriage between the parties hereto is

irretrievably broken and that a reconcilitaiton cannont be made between the

parties and the Court further finding that the parties do own real property
and do own personal property jointly, and do have joint debts, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration, ;

[ ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: _
~ 1. That the marriage between MARY A. MAIOLO and RALPH A. MAI0L0,

be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, and the parties, and each of them,
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
e
between them and from the otrligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of the minor children of the parties, to-wit: ANTHONY
MICHAEL MAIOLO and MARIA CHRISTINE MAI0L0, are hereby awarded to the Wife,
MARY A. MAI0L0, subject to reasonable rights of visitation by the Husband, ~
RALPH A. MAI0L0.
